Today, The Marco Eagle featured ZAZA Kitchen, Marco Island’s newest culinary experience. ZAZA focuses on authentic Mexican street food. Owner Mike Cardascia touts ZAZA’s high-quality fresh ingredients stating they don’t own a freezer or microwave. In fact, most of ZAZA’s meats are slow cooked for 12 hours!
